Support is an integral part of Superstructure's service offerings.
Superstructure provides support for all its products either directly or through
a Support Company who has been certified by Superstructure to provide support
in your designated region.
The Superstructure Support Team is responsible for providing the level of
support that allows our customers to fully utilise the software and gain
maximum benefit from their technology investment.
Our team of experienced service, support and training professionals are
responsible not only for ensuring your software is installed and configured for
your environment, but they will also work with you beyond implementation to
ensure that the software delivers maximum value to you.
Software support and maintenance commences upon the payment (in advance) of the
annual maintenance fee. The Annual Software Maintenance Agreement entitles you
to receive program updates for the rectification of defects, enhancements and
technology upgrades. On average we provide up to 2 upgrades per year.
