We were looking to replace our old audit system and take the opportunity of introducing an integrated Safety and Quality Management System to provide oversight and control of safety and quality. We met up with the AQD team in London and established that the system would meet our requirements. We chose to go with the standard AQD Safety Occurrence templates and within one month of the initial meeting we had signed the licence agreement to introduce AQD. The training was delivered three weeks later in Bahrain to eight key staff members and we were up and running two weeks later. We have been using the system now for three months and are satisfied with the results so far. We have also been pleased with support from the AQD Client Services who worked well with our IT expert in getting the system up and running. We now plan to expand AQD to other parts of our worldwide operation.
