Elit’Avia is a European Executive Aviation Company with its headquarters in
Lisbon and Ljubljana, providing corporate aviation services to its clients and
operating a fleet of Bombardier Challengers, Gulfstream and Lear Jets.

purchased AQD in December 2008 and soon began the implementation process with
the assistance of the AQD team.
I travelled to London in January 2009 and had four days of one-on-one training
held at Superstructure’s Head Office in Staines. The training covered all the
Quality & Safety and administration elements of AQD and was particularly
beneficial as training was tailored to meet mine and Elit’Avia’s exact
requirements.
The project has gone well and the AQD system has made a huge difference to
Elit’Avia’s Management team. In the past, all data was held in hard copy and
had a tendency to go missing, however now Department Heads can easily monitor
their issues and ensure appropriate actions are taken.
